473ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase for around $4.10 CDN.
Appearance - Rose colored brew with mild haze and three fluffy fingers of off-white head. Very good staying power and rocky appearance. Some nice swaths of lacing stick to the glass.
Smell - Some leafiness, hints of orange and lemon with underlying grape notes too. Some spices, maybe cardamom and hints of clove.
Taste - Lots of spices, hints of cinnamon, some orange in the aftertaste, but more spice than anything else. Nutmeg also seems to be in here.
Mouthfeel - Pretty smooth and sort of creamy, carbonation is middling and not terribly prickly. Spicy finish as well that is semi-dry.
Overall - Could be sangria, could also almost be a mulled wine style pale ale too, although that would need to be the imperial version aged in brandy barrels as the similarities are somewhat significant. The wine and grape impact here seems a bit subdued to be a proper sangria style beer. I do appreciate pushing the boundaries with this one.

I bought a couple of cans 473ml at 5.2%.
Poured into glass with a 2 finger head strawberry color leaving a lace as you drink it.
Good sweet spicy fruity flavor papaya and mango and maybe some coconut.
not much bitterness makes it easy to drink.
Overall an ok spicy and fruity pale ale beer good for summer
Cheers

Pours a gold colour with a tinge of pink, 1cm white head. All I get in the nose is sweet. The taste is sweet too, strawberry wafer cookies mixed with cream soda. I don’t get very much bitterness or hoppiness. Definitely no sangria. This beer reminds me of a carnival for some unknown reason
