Brewed at the Niagara College Teaching Brewery, with ingredients from all 10 provinces. Pretty nice wheat beer. Very unfiltered light brown colour with lots of lace. Understated carbonation. A little sour wheat adds to its complexity. Enjoyed on tap at The Rhino Festival.

On tap at the Canadian National Exhibition, exclusive to the event (let's hope not!). Made with an ingredient from every province and territory in Canada, including birch syrup from the Yukon and teas from the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Served in a flared pint glass of sorts.
Poured a murky golden brown, and poured straight from the tap without a head (or any visible carbonation really). Difficult, if not impossible to procure anything with some agitation either. Nose is lightly bready, some ripe and slightly bruised banana, bubblegum and a touch of spice. Quite nice and inviting, more intriguing than I had expected. Taste reflects the nose quite nicely, some spice and more bruised banana with less bubblegum than the nose. More breads, finishes lightly spicy and residual sugary sweetness (perhaps imparted by the birch syrup, notes on which I'm not sure I exactly detect) - sweeter than most hefeweizens I've had but I'm not complaining. Lacks any real carbonation, but still has a medium full mouthfeel. Excellent drinkability. Fantastic, and although not strict to the style, remains a huge surprise. With some better glassware, carbonation (helping both looks and maybe mouthfeel), I think this could be tops.
