Pours cloudy glowing gold with a patchy, long lasting head that drapes the glass in lace chunks. Tropical, mango, guava, pineapple hops and some biscuity malts in the nose. The taste is hop forward with a brash, eucalyptus edge bitterness and restrained tropical notes in the back. Medium bodied with high carbonation. High bitterness and a bit of doughy malt in the long finish.
The fruit addition is very restrained, making for a dry, bitter IPA. Worth a try.
