Smoked Ale from Red Hare, had a few times. First time taking notes.
A - Golden body, with a small off white cap.
S - Leathery, tobacco smoke tones a predominant.
T - Moderate in the smoke department but it's still very present. A cream-ale-esque sweetness really shines through as well to balance this one out.
M - Juicy and refreshing
O - A great intro to the style for alot of folks and an amazing beer for pairing with grilled/smoked dishes. Any kind of smoke character to the food, completely over powers the beer and it just creates a really nice refreshing compliment.
