A special release Imperial American brown ale available only at Taco Macs in Georgia for the month of January.
Appearance: had this in two different Taco Mac's on different nights. The first was a bit cloudy, but the second was pretty clear. Brown color with copper highlights.
Aroma: Piney, Cascade hops balanced with a bit of sweet grainy maltiness. Hint of vanilla.
Taste: Interesting balance of hops and malt. More on the hop side at the start, blending to a pleasant maltiness on the finish. Very drinkable. Suggestion of vanilla as well gives an impression of sweetness.
Mouthfeel: medium, crisp mouthfeel. Carbonation a bit on the low side for an American brown ale.
