A dead ringer for Anchor Steam. Perhaps a tad hoppier. There's a lot going on here, but all subtly. Starts with a peppery hop bite, perfectly carbonated, the a fruity (lemony pear maybe?) body. Finishes with a good hoppy bitterness. A really well balanced, solid brew.

Appearance: Pours crystal clear light copper, with a thin off white head, OK retention (4.00)
Aroma: Moderate fruitiness, light caramel malt aroma. Hops character is light (4.00)
Flavor: Moderately malty, grainy with a touch of sweetness. Hops have medium-light earthy flavor and bitterness. (4.00)
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and carbonated. Clean refreshing finish (4.00)
Overall: Great beer that I would definitely pair with a burger, as it was designed for. (4.00)
