Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy golden Amber color with a small white head. The aroma is piney hops. The taste is pine and strangely aqua velva, yes that is not a good pairing

12 oz can at the ASMF.
Pours slightly hazy with a very good off-white head.
Lingering mild coffee flavors.
Coffee, biscuits and hops in the nose. Very mild bitterness.
God balance and mix of hop, malt and coffee flavors.

Best By Mar 16 2017.
Appearance: Pours a light coppery body hazed with a fine dusting of particles. Slim, white head.
Smell: It all sort of culminates into a cooked green bell pepper aroma.
Taste: Sugar sweetened, lightly bready malts with coffee (still very, very heavy on the green pepper, vegetal tone). Sweetish finish. Couldn't get too far into this one.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not workin' for me, guys.

Look- Golden in color with a thin off-white head.
Smell- Black coffee, dark malts, slight hopiness.
Taste- Strong black coffee flavor and alcohol with a slightly biscuity undertone. Dark Malts and very nuanced hops.
Feel- A little thin, but it is a lager. Fairly carbonated. Pretty spot on for the beer type.
Overall- I'm not the biggest fan of Red Hare, especially their Long Day Lager. But this beer is exceptional! No artificial taste at all and certainly not bland like most of their offerings. I'm stocking up on this one before it's gone!
