Ain't that a Peach has a medium, off-white head and a bubbly, mostly clear, yellow-gold appearance with no lacing. The aroma is of faint citrus and bread. The taste is of very tart citrus with some building peach skin and sour milk. There is some bread presence. It is not bitter, but is sugary sweet. Ain't that a Peach has a medium body and a medium-dry finish.

12oz can poured into a pint
A- pours a murky golden color with a one-finger foamy white head that has short retention
S- smells of lactic tartness, fresh peaches, lemon, crackers and various stone fruits
T- slightly tart and acidic with some lacto character, immediately followed by a hit of fresh peaches, finishes with light wheat and more fresh peach character
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp semi-dry finish
O- easy drinking with nice peach notes throughout, a good summer time beer

Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 12 oz. can into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: A medium gold - darker than expected for a Berliner. Hazy, and forms a two-finger white head with good retention. A good amount of visible carbonation.
S: Lactic tartness, cracker malts with some wheat thickness and modest huskiness as well as some “dishwater” character. Light stone fruits and some citric lemony tart. There is a mild musty funk here as well. A decent aroma, but I could do without the graininess.
T: Moderate lactic tartness, Lactobacillus funk, and underripe peaches. Cracker and wheat malts, still with some huskiness. Maybe a mild pilsner malt presence as well. More tart peaches and dry lactic acid in the hang.
M: Light body, low alcohol. A good amount of carbonation sensation but on the low side for the style.
O: Honestly, a bit better than I expected. There isn't a huge peach flavor, but it’s still there. I could certainly do without the grainy character to the malts. But the depth of funk is nice, and quite surprising in my (limited) experience with the brewery, and also remarkable for a shelfie can. You’re not gonna mistake this for a Cantillon or anything, but it’s reasonably tasty.

Peach aroma and a strong peach flavor. Very sour, though, wasn’t quite expecting it. Tastes just like biting into a peach that isn’t quite ripe yet. Carbonated, lingering finish.

12 oz can at the 2017 Aiken Bluegrass Fest..
Pours with a jazzy light amber body and a generous head.
Fairly strong aroma features mixed fruits. The flavor is very tart with complex fruity notes including peach jam.

Surprisingly very good beer. Not a real taste of peach but nice smooth light beer. Had can.
