Not to tart and balanced with the berries. Pack the cooler at the beach or pool! 3/18/2018

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a lightly hazy golden yellow color with a large white head. The aroma is a tart citrus blend. The taste is tart and full of citrus with a dry finish.

Brewer's Notes:
"Availability: Summer Seasonal
ABV: 3.8%
Fresh from the fields, a big strawberry nose hits you immediately on this sweet tart. Juicy fresh strawberries turn your pallet sweet, then go right into a puckering tartness form the soured sugary goodness. Clean and crisp, it’s a refreshing brew ready for summer!
We threw some Saaz hops and Lactobacillus into the kettle to create just the right amount of aromatic juiciness and lactic acid tartness to blend magically with the strawberries."
Poured from 12oz can into glass. Best By Date stamped as 'JAN 18 2018'.
Sweet strawberry aroma dominates, with lime sour in the background.
Taste of immediate sweet strawberry, which lingers, but is joined by tart and sour taste profiles. Quick finish, somewhat dry, but the level of tart does not scrub the teeth.
Clean mouth feel, refreshing.
A very good summer Berliner Weisse, if one likes strawberries as a large part of the aroma and taste. May be too strawberry sweet to have more than one or two in a session.

L: nice light color, slightly hazy, had vanished almost instantly.
S: slightly sour smell, no hops present.
T: no hop flavor, nice lacto sourness but not over powering.
F: light and clean, tingly but not necessarily highly carbed.
O: a decent example of a Berliner, would definitely drink again.
