The Framboise (Frah-boahz) Saison takes the Hare back to his travels to Paris, where the air is sweet and the Parisians enjoy the last few long nights out on the town. Summer lingers just a little longer and the last of the raspberry harvest and a funky French saison yeast come together to create this summer soother full of esters, raspberries, and subtle spiciness.
This beer combines Two-Row and specialty hops together with Saaz and Williamette hops, with a final addition of raspberries.

Leans towards a lambic. Lovely clear copper-amber body with a good head. Ample raspberry flavor but not overdone and with clear hop notes.
