Appearance: Clear gold, slight haze. Fluffy white head with good retention
Aroma: Floral & spicy.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Floral & Spicy. Restrained bitterness. Low malt sweetness.
Mouth-Feel: Light bodied, dry with high carbonation. Low astringency. Short finish with no bitterness.
Overall: Uses Hallertauer Mittelfruh & Citra hops. Unusual combo of hops for a straight American pilsner. Disappointed that I didn't get any of the expected Citra aroma notes (this sample was a little aged). Overall, a solid drinkable pilsner.
