I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle dank citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with dank tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

The Pacific Northwest hops give it the feel of an IPA made with Citra Hops in flavor. Juicy and not too bitter. Well balanced and easy to drink. A solid choice if you plan on drinking more than one. I feel like it checks all the boxes for a solid IPA. Similar in taste to Creature Comforts Tropicalia.

Another IPA...no matter how hard I try, I keep on drinking IPAs...
...And after drinking so many (I'm almost up to 80) I have to say that unless there is something super special about it from the moment I put it up to my lips - it's just an also-ran. This is not so unremarkable to call it an also-ran, but it's close. The beer had a nice look and a very juicy and even sweet smell, but the rest of it was just okay. Mouthfeel was well carbonated, the taste was very much hop-forward (I know there are many that enjoy that stuff), and overall a solid enough, if not distinctive entry, into the IPA foray.

An alright IPA. Although there are so many of them out there, I can't tell the alright ones apart anymore.

Appearance: Minimally hazed, light bronze-colored body. Slender, whitish head.
Smell: Floral, moderately resiny with some berry skins, citrus and melon. Faintly bready malts with a touch of grain.
Taste: Bready, biscuity maltiness, a little light grain and a low level of caramel sweetness within. Citrusy (tangerine, grapefruit), floral tones with some contemporary melon, gooseberry hints. Moderate bitterness. Finishes dry, a bit bitter and with a snappy effervescence.
Mouthfeel: Falls just short of medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation.
Overall: Basic albeit basically decent flavor profile. What I particularly enjoyed about it was how well it moved, being light-leaning and pleasantly crisp.
