On draft at the brewery in Bruges. Pours transparent yellow with significant white head. Nose is lemon zest, orange, wheat, candy, and a bit of honey. The taste is incredible. Toffee, malts, candy, honey, orange, pineapple, wheat, and a slight hop bitterness. So smooth and nicely integrated. Overall, fantastic.

Unfiltered version non-pasteurized that is just sold in the brewery.
Slightly hazy amber color with a thick head with good retention and leaving good laces.
Aroma with predominant notes of yeast and candied sugar.
Flavor with notes of oranges, candied sugar, minted hops, bread and grains. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This fresh version is incredibly easy to drink. This is balancing well Belgian sweetness with fresh minted hops.
