On draught at Bull & Castle, Dublin.
Stout-esque garnet-black with sandstone film that sheets.
Roasty smoke nose with lots of brown sugar and some red berry.
Meat juice and camp coffee, roasty middle with some blackberry juice, then mulchy hops.
Pruney end and leafy finish. Iodine comes out as it warms.
Lt-med, dry, slight cling.
This is basically a smoked stout. The smoke serves to only enhance the roast. Round and very easy to drink.
