A pale wheatbeer brewed with Belgian yeast, leaning toward the witbier style. Spiced with coriander and pepper. Quite light mouthfeel, fruitiness from Belgian yeast come through, nice and estery. Finished quite spicy, with heat from the pepper.

Overall quite interesting. More interesting than enjoyable.

Okay, so I finally got to taste this on 5th November 2011 in the Salthouse pub Galway, Ireland. It was served in a weissbeer glass, it looked good; quite the weissebeer, pale straw colour with haze and a nice white foam head. Not expecting that much, I took my first sip and was blown away. I have never gotten so much flavour from a beer that looked like this before. There was a terrific combination of grapefruit and spices and cascade hops but nothing that overpowered anything else.

This is a kick ass brew!
