A: Pours a slightly hazy burnt orange with a finger of white head that fades into a frothy ring with decent lacing.
S: Citrus up front with aromas of grapefruit and orange rind. There are some sweeter notes in there as well before some piney hops at the finish.
T: Grapefruit and dry, earthy, and piney hops up front with a lightly bitter finish. The flavors are all a little muted and it comes across as a bit bland.
M: Medium body with carbonation on the lower side of moderate, this beer is dry and drinkable.
O: Not a bad beer, overall. It smells quite nice, but the flavors just can't back it up. There's nothing offensive about it, but leaves me craving something a bit more pungent.
