Collaboration with La Cumbre Brewing Company
Brewed with a rare North American barley called the “Full Pint” and hops from South Africa and New Zealand. The Fat Slim has a very crisp and light malt body with an aroma is lychee, white pepper, juicy tangerine, and a hint of agave nectar.

16 oz can. Pours c;ear golden orange with a big frothy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is lots of resiny, piney, slightly dank hops with a little sweet malt and fruit.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with some tropical fruit and resiny, piney, slightly dank hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, an excellent session IPA - my favorite so far.

16oz can served at the brewery in Longmont for $5. Bright yellow color, clear, good head. Aroma is hoppy but nothing special. Flavor is piney to me but my friend said it was onions, maybe this has Summut hops? Either way I thought it was solid but not good enough to shell out $14.99 for a four pack.
