love this little pilsner; colored poured is hazy golden with nice quick foam head; slight lacing, but the sweet malty aroma and taste with smooth mouthfeel makes it just too drinkable. Rates among my favorite golden pilsners.

Pours golden yellow with a tall white head of foam. The head slowly mellows into a splotchy Icing. There is a slight hop aroma. The flavor loiters on the sweet, malty side, but is nicely balanced by a herbal hopped kick. Medium body and mellow, full flavored pallett makes this a good beer and interesting pilsner.

On tap at the Tasty Weasel taproom inside the brewery. Looks almost like a regular mama's but might be slightly hazed. Aroma is actually pretty good, heavy wine barrel influence making it fruity and interesting. The flavor was not so great and just made me feel like this pils was not the best candidate for barrel aging.
