On tap at River of Beers. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Lightly hazy. Big white head. Retains very well. Beautiful lacing.
Smell - Lots of tropical fruit. Mango and pineapple. Dominates the aroma. Light pale maltiness.
Taste - And it's really hoppy. They dry hopped the hell out of this. Tropical and orangey. Mango is strong. Mild pilsner and pale malt. The slightest bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Light and drinkable. Medium carbonation.
Overall - All I taste is mosaic hops, which is not a problem. Good stuff.
