On tap at the Brevard brewery taproom during the 3rd Anniversary celebration. The brewery says this "brown IPA" is a "full-bodied, roasty, dark double IPA with fruit-forward, floral and herbal hops and a nutty chocolate malt flavor." The description fits.
It is a rich and strong ale but mild for the DIPA style, making it more drinkable than many black or brown IPAs.
Clear dark brown body with a good head and excellent lacing.
Very smooth, medium-full body with near medium carbonation.
