A 3rd Annual Brevardaversary specialty beer on tap at the brewery in NC.
A very interesting strong pale ale "brewed with local sourwood honey and local yeast with a touch of sage."
Sage and honey are quite evident but at levels that blend nicely with the light malts and moderate hops.
Medium body and carbonation with partially hidden alcohol.
