On tap at the brewery taproom in Brevard.
Dark red-amber body that is clear with a decent head that leaves some lacing.
Flavor: fits the description of "smokey sweet brown" ale. Enough smoke to evoke the ham but not overwhelming. Obviously a honey ham here as the sweetness is rather high. Almost cloying sweetness actually, but, thankfully, some bitterness kicks in at the end of the finish.
Near medium body with light-medium carbonation.
Overall: the sweetest smokey beer I've ever had.
