This super rare version of Oskar Blues Ten Fidy Imperial Stout spent 9 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, then was transferred to another Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel for an additional 9 months of aging. Enjoy!!

On tap at the House of Brews. Black with no head. Smells of alcohol, bourbon, oak, and some sweet chocolate. Tastes of bourbon, oak, chocolate, and then alcohol. Alcohol and bourbon overtake the back end. Heavy and boozy, but not all that sweet. Intense. But tasty.

Poured a black body with no head at all. Smell is booze, wood, and a smattering of chocolate. Boozy, slightly hot, has a thick body but not really sticky and has a woody smoothness. Minimal chocolate and vanilla sweetness underneath a slightly harsh malt base. Finishes clean and with some boozy heat as well.
