From a 12oz can dated 9/11/20 into a pint glass.

Pours a cloudy brownish yellow with about two fingers of white head. Moderate retention, average lacing.

Smell has a strong pine/resin component upon opening the can. Seems to be more citrus dominated after the pour.

Taste is a balance of pine/resin and citrus. Maybe a bit more on the juicy side. Was expecting more pine for a beer with the word :Resinous" in the title.

Mouthfeel is...average? Not sticky, not thin, moderate carbonation, mildly bitter aftertaste.

Overall, it's not bad. Was expecting more of an old school IPA but this is drinkable.

Poured from a can into a pint glass

Appearance – The beer pours a very hazy orange-yellow color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head has a fantastic level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a tropical fruit smell of pineapple, tangerine and mango mixed with some brady smells. Along with these aromas comes some notes of cracker and a decent showing of herb, earth, and pine.

Taste – The taste begins with a cracker malt flavor mixed with some flavors of nice hop flavors of herb and pine. Along with these flavors comes some lighter fruit flavors of tropical mango, tangerine, and papaya. These fruit flavors get weaker as the taste moves forward, all while the hop grows stronger with the pine and the herb joined by a hit of grapefruit hop. Toward the very end, some flavors of caramel take the place of the fruit, leaving one with a nice slightly dank and flavorful hop taste to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is slightly more chewy with a carbonation level that is medium to slightly lower. For the mix of dank, cracker, and moderate sweetness, the feel is great and makes for a nice easy sipper.

Overall – A rather tasty brew overall with a nice hit of dankness and a very balanced drinking style.

Nose is pine, dank, a huge wave of fresh honeydew melon?
Taste starts with a huge wave of melon and berries. Peach. Citrusy pith. Not as piney/resinous as the packaging would lead you to believe. Still a good beer, though.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is hazy gold, off white frothy head that presents 1 inch thick and then dissipates to thin top with some lacing.

Smell is mellow - notes of pithy citrus, lighter fruits like melon and peach, hint of oat and bready malt.

Taste has more orangey citrus character upfront, then some grapefruit pith, lighter peach and melon, then lighter malt notes of crackers and biscuit, maybe a touch of caramel. Piney/resiny flavors are lower than anticipated but show up with warmth.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, medium sweetness, stronger bitterness than many hazies with a lingering bite.

Overall a pleasantly bitter hazy IPA with a subtle orange and pine flavor with moderate malt character.

12oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled very piney and resinous with tropical fruit and caramel malt. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp, piney bitterness.

12oz can that is part of their Can-O-Bliss mixed 12-pack.

The hazier and paler of the group better lacing that most. Big wafts of tropical fruit, from guava to passion fruit. So much hop flavor, oily with soft citrus and tropical fruit. Makes for an almost creamy mouthfeel. Hop bitterness is mellow but the hop flavor is obvious the dominant feature there, resin and grassy throughout. This beer obviously pushes the limit of how much hop character you can cram into a brew with it still tasting like beer. Love the thinking behind this and in a crazy way it stay drinkable.

Canned on 8/5/20. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours a hazy golden; fluffy and rocky white head with loose bubbles leaving great thick retention and sticky frothy lacing. The aromas are tropical, especially watermelon. Some citrus notes, specifically orange. The orange aromas open up as it slightly warms. Some crackers and fresh bread. Malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose. Nice blend of citrus and tropical fruit. More watermelon along with some orange. More crackers in the mix. Some grass. Soft sweetness. Low bitterness. Malts do their thing. Finishes juicy. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a decent New England IPA. It starts off with lots of watermelon and eventually ends with all orange. I might not personally "love" it, but it's not bad at all. It's enjoyable.

Poured into a 13 oz Nordic glass canned on 8/17/2020. Pours a cloudy orange with a finger sticky white head that leaves thick patches of lace with solid retention. 4

Smell mango, passionfruit, peach, pine, and grapefruit rind. 4

Taste follows tropical up front mango, passionfruit, peach, with some apricot, pine, and grapefruit in the lip smacking finish. 4.25

Mouthfeel is medium, plenty of life, not really sticky or dry, and at 7.2% drinks easy with plenty of flavor. 4.25

Overall around $10 a 6 pack this series is always a great choice. Another nice brew from OB. 4
