Appearance: Pours with a full three fingers of beige foam with pancake bubbles as it readily descends; squiggles of lacing
Smell: Rum tones embrace the chocolate, vanilla, coconut and pistachio
Taste: Chocolate and coconut prominent, up front, with the vanilla and pistachio also in the mix; through the middle, the Rum barrel emerges to complement the adjuncts; the pistachio, in particular, lingers in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; slight warmth in the gullet
Overall: While I would prefer a fuller, creamier mouthfeel for this type of stout, the flavors are interesting and well-integrated - the pistachio, in particular
