16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice clear/clean copper color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which leaves some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is very nice, malty, hoppy, with a very nice dark fruit complex (cherries, grapes, dates, figs), very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit). The taste is very nice, malty, hoppy, with a very nice dark fruit complex (cherries, grapes, dates, figs), very nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit), pretty nice sweetness. Full Body, ABV is hidden very nicely, a pretty complex brew, definitely a sipper. Overall, a very tasty brew.

On tap at the brewery's biergarten in Brevard NC.
Appearance. Sparkling clear amber colored body with a relatively dense white head.
This DIPA has an ABV that would merit a title of Triple IPA at many breweries. The high ABV is apparent but partially hidden and mixed well with a flavor profile that includes caramel. The ABV is quite well hidden in the feel and, particularly, the aroma.
Feel. Smooth, near full body with light carbonation.
