In collaboration with Veritas Fine Cannabis
The Collab: Inspired by the terpenes found in Veritas Fine Cannabis' extensive strain library, the Oskar Blues team developed a flavor-packed IPA to complement these terpene profiles with flavors and aromas of Citrus, Berry, Tropical, Spicy-Herbal and subtle Woody-Pine.
Terpene profile: Myrcene, Humulene, β-Caryophyllene
Hops: Cascade, Amarillo, Citra, Azzaca, Idaho Gem
Pairs well with freedom.

Pale, semi-hazy, lemon-yellow body; excellent carbonation; thick, sticky, white head, semi-creamy texture. Lots of citrus and tropical fruit notes; mint. Very pleasant taste; melon, mango, berry; interesting yeasty/malty undercurrent; moderate bitterness. Medium body; decent residual sugar feel; slightly juicy yet comes across dry overall.
At around 3 1/2 months old, I'm thinking a lot of the impact of terpenes has dissipated. Still, the beer retains a very nice quality to it across the board.
Pouring temperature: 41 °F; canning data: CANNED ON 04/06/22 THE GLASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE
