On tap at the brewery's biergarten in Brevard NC.
Appearance. Dark amber body with high clarity and an excellent white head.
Aroma. Rich and complex, and not like regular Dale's Pale Ale. Indeed, not like any ale I can remember.
While I like the aroma, the flavor is, perhaps, even more appealing. Again, distinctive and complex.
Overall. This ale, made using an "experimental yeast", gets my vote to start using this yeast in a pale ale.
