Retro review from notes: September 2010 @ GABF
Had this at OB Liquids and Solids with a few Dog Pound bros fresh off GABF. Perfect Sunday afternoon...beers flowing, blue grass playing and friends being made. TJ (behind the bar) suggests we try the Redbeard's Love... saying it was special one off "marriage" beer.
Well, who could resist "true love" brewing. So we all hoisted one and cheered the happy couple. (Hope they're still happy).
Beer was a nice fresh draft in a easy to drink red ale style. A good beer to cross over multiple tastes at a reception, while not losing any integrity on the malts or the hops.
Nice job!

Had this one on tap yesterday afternoon up at the Oskar Blues Liquids and Solids location in Longmont. Pours a medium amber color, with a little ecru head on top. Thin and kind of watery, with some candy apple sweetness and a little hop/malt character (but not much). A decent beer, but nothing more.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
