Exceptional. Warm spot in my heart for G’Knight so thrilled to revisit this recipe at the Spring Fling at the Brevard facility. Everything I remembered loving about G’Knight: sweet malts, bitter hops, pine resin, citrus pith, creamy head and feel, beautiful ruby-amber coloring, and a pleasant chewiness. Maybe even better than the OG.
