appearance - pours a clear golden color with an amber hue with a decent head
smell - not much here, some grain, some malts and minor hops.
taste - about the same, nothing pulls through here, thought it might be a new special but not really. decent but a little disappointing for oskar standards
mouthfeel - crisp and clean, almost as if it wasnt 8 percent. big but not bold.

On tap at Oskar Blues in Lyons, CO.
Pours a clear orange-yellow color with a 1 inch bone colored head that fades to a small cap. Thin rings of lace form on the glass on the drink down. Smells is pretty average with a malt/grain aroma. Taste is much better with malt/grain and some nice spicy hop flavors. Oddly, there is a hairspray flavor present too. The alcohol is very apparent in the taste of this beer. This beer has good carbonation and a crisp and clean mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer from Oskar Blues. You can really taste the 8.1% ABV. I am glad I got to try this one as this is nowhere to be found in CA.
