Enjoyed a pint pour after a nice hike in the Pisgah NF on 11-4-24 for $7.00.
Beer was served golden with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose was citrus forward with some herbal backing.
Taste was a pale malt base in which the front end hoping game me orange and grapefruit with a touch of strawberry. Finished with a nice piney bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and pretty refreshing.
Overall this was a pretty good representation of the WCIPA style.
