Draft pour at the brewery's taproom in Brevard, NC.
Appearance. Copper colored body with high clarity and a fine off-white head.
This has a dank, very hoppy aroma with a hop selection that seems inappropriate for the style. Nonetheless, the flavor profile is true to style, with a good balance of malts and hops.

Purchased on-tap in Brevard for $7. Poured into a standard pint glass.
L - Clear copper with a one-finger off-white head. Head disappates quickly. No lacing.
S - Toffee. Light toast. Earth.
T - Follows nose exactly. Not terribly complex.
F - Medium body. Lightly-carbonated. Semi-dry finish. Refreshing.
O - A bit disappointing, but refreshing as hell. I'd get this again, but with a burger next time. Worth a try, for sure.
