Served in a shaker pint glass at World of Beer - Naperville.
This is described as a Mexican-style amber lager; I'd expect nothing else from Oskar Blues, amiright? It pours a clear sunrise amber topped by a half-finger of light khaki foam. The nose comprises mild caramel, light spicy flowers, and a hint of honey-caked biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, with a slightly sharper flower character mixed with a touch of grass. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a nice little lager, nothing special, but something eminently drinkable.
