On tap at Billiards in Columbia, MO.
A - Poured a burgandy/brown color with a foamy, tan, one-finger head. Left a little bit of lace.
S - It smelled of roasted malt and nuts.
T - It had a sweet malty flavor with some hazelnut and caramel.
M - It was crisp and smooth. A medium-bodied beer.
D - Another solid beer from The Civil Life.
