Light amber, bottle-conditioned, strongly sedimented. Diminishing head. Strong madeira aroma, honey developping at work, lightly grassy old hops, I feels I would have liked them a few years ago. Several fruity esters come out, but I wouldnt call it complex. Minty on the tongue, developping a sweetness more in the range of caramel and maple syrup, while the bready yeast still pretends to be at work. It must have been pretty interesting one day, but it is definitely getting tired. That palate, while still medium bodied and gently carbonated must have been alive once, it is on articifial life now.
