Located in one of those planned community retail areas designed to look "small town main street" but is anything but. The sterile Stepford vibe tends to permeate the businesses within the Park Place area, and GB is no exception. Did they seriously name it after Monopoly?
Corporate brew-chain vibe, you've been to one GB, you've been to them all. Revolving door with booth seating in the dining area and a bar to the right. In the summer they open garage doors directly behind the bar onto the outdoor patio and bar, where people smoke and it blows directly into the bar area, which was pretty crappy. 10 ft. rule and all that.
They had a pretty good Mosaic APA and Czech pils the last time I was here. Service at the bar was pretty good, the bartender knew the beers and gave recommendations. Servers have had limited knowledge of the beers in the past. There didn't seem to be any actual brewing equipment,, so I doubt they brew on site here.
Food was passable at best, the nachos and "California beach tacos" were ok. I've been here 2-3 times now out of convenience when traveling, but probably will look elsewhere for beer & food in the area.

Vibe was pretty upscale, both the place and the area. Nice place with nice food and drink. The service was fairly attentive but I was not as pretty as everyone else there. Good variety of beer and food. The have the usual Gordon beer but also had a good selection of "outsider" beer. Food was very good and prepared well.
