Copenhagen 9/3 2019. 50 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Weird patterns in green and blue looking like Gears in a machine with some hop cones peeking in.
Pours milky, hazy, golden yellow. Small white bubbly head. Settles as patchy thin layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet exotic fruits like peach, canned pears and mango. Citric notes of Grape fruit and citrus. Some rough buck-thorn rummaging in the background. Light artificial odor of soap and detergent.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, prickly and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by a medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a rough herbal twist. Pretty thin and short.
I suppose it does what a Session IPA is supposed to do being a rather thin IPA with a modest ABV. But it is not being very adventurous about it.
