This is an exceptional session IPA. A lot of breweries are trying to get this style right and screwing it up with too much perfumy hop aroma but Indie Ale House has struck a nice balance here.

Stopped by the brew house for a paddle of the draft selections
A- Pours a nice white head that lasted for 4mins. Rather dark gold colour and unfiltered.
S- Hops galore and sweet
T- Heavy sweetness and malt. Hops are there but not in your face. Good balance but very mild from an IPA standpoint
M- Tart and creamy. Nice brew
O- Very good brew but not big fan of it. Will try others
Food Pairing
This full bodied IPA went well with........ Grilled cheese sandwiches with onion, tomato and a couple of slices of cheese.
Enjoy

Growler received via CanBIF 2014 (Fall).
Hazy. Bright, crisp, floral & fruity hops. Nice bitterness that bites, yet is not overpowering. Strong body for 5% ABV. Fantastic lower alcohol IPA.
