A big full bodied stout brewed with a Belgian yeast and infused with a whole lot of fresh Canadian sour cherries. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, spices, plums, figs, and cherries. There is an up-front chocolate sweetness following with more cocoa, and figs all wrapped around tart cherries.
