Purchased at the brew house for $6.00 for a 500ml bottle. Served at 6deg C in a tulip
A- Opens well and pours a 1/2" high white head that lasts for 3-4mins before film out. Medium gold colour and filtered clear
S- Has that dry hopped pop. Grapefruit galore
T- Good dry and wet hopping here. Enjoyable to say the least but not my thing for long term drinking. Touch bitter at the end but should be a bit more refined like a SN
M- Low carbonation. I mean really, really low. Not good in my books. It's flat as far as I am concerned so it gets a failing grade on that.
O- Pretty nice brew if you exclude the carbonation thing. Hoping this was just a one off thing. CANBIF is getting a local available no where else brew!
Food Pairing
This pretty good little brew went very well with........ Various sushi rolls. I like rolling the spicy tuna, California roll and a bit of sashimi on the side with the extra fish I like to get. A touch of seseme oil, coriander, green onion, soy sauce and salt.
Enjoy
