Purchased as part of a flight at the brewery. Served at around 10deg C in a sampler glass
A- Pours a tiny head that was gone in seconds. Medium brown colour and semi-filtered but more clear than anything.
S- Peanut butter and coffee
T- Peanut butter and slight coffee. Very light though. Almost no hops at all.
M- Light and airy.
O- Seems like a blend of the cask peanut butter brew I had there last time and some other beer. Not so good. The peanut butter was subdued and like an afterthought. Experiment to me is not recycling the last of a cask into a keg of something else to see what comes out!
Food Pairing
This brew would pair well with...... Fried won tons. Keep it light for this one.
