Purchased at 9oz sample at the brewery for an extremely reasonable $5.50. Around 8 to 10deg C or so in their tumbler.
A- Pours a nice small off white head that films out quickly. Very dark brown.
S- Good hops and sourness present
T- Sour. First sour stout and it's nice. Has a barrel backbone very enjoyable. I like this one. Worth having once for sure.
M- Watery. Did wish for more creamy
O- I like this one. Will try again if I see it. Not offensive but it is enjoyable.
Food Pairing
This nice brew would go well with.... BBQ hamburgers topped the way you like 'em.
