Had on tap at the Brewery as part of a sampler.
A- Pours a cloudy light brown unfiltered head. Very nice brown when it settles in.
S- Excellent hops and sour
T- Grapefruit and citrus along with caramel and wheat. Nice overall blend and not too hot for the high ABV. I like this one. Hope it comes back and it's bottled.
M- Sweet and sticky
O- I do hope this one comes out in a bottle. It's a nice wine that has a citrus pop that all should try and pass along.
Food Pairing
This citrus and malt bomb just would work with........ Peking duck. Very juicy and tasty.
