A blend of fresh & barrel aged Porter aged with our magical house strain of brettanomyces yeast. Funky aromatics, slightly tart & sharp on the tongue, rich & delicate body with a hint of roast in the finish.

This is a sour porter and so will be off-putting or extreme for some folks. If you like sours, you're in. It's a decent porter thoroughly ginned up with a puckery bite. That's what'll dominate until it warms up some and the underlying chocolate, coffee, and all that other good stuff makes its way forward. A beer to be patient with. tasty, but not to all tastes. IAH appears to have a gift for making good looking brews characterized by handsome colours, good heads, and pretty lace, and this brew is no exception.
