This version is brewed with Strata, Lemon Drop and Cashmere hops.
Pours hazy chestnut brown - dark for an American IPA. The head dissipates quickly, leaving a smattering of lace behind. Lemony, floral hop notes in the nose, with some bready, caramel maltiness too. Mango, lime, melon, pineapple hop notes in the taste. A solid malt ballast keeps things balanced. Medium to light body with medium carbonation. Light bitterness and tropical hop flavors in the medium finish.
A nice IPA with in interesting, floral, fruity hop profile. Worth a try.
