Purchased at Eataly in Toronto.
Pours hazy bronze with a chunky, long lasting head. Lemon, honey dew and floral hops with biscuity pale malts in the nose. Loads of lemon , lemon drops, fresh lemon zest in the taste with floral, woody hops in the back, Modest pale malts provide some semblance of balance. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with full, creamy carbonation. Moderate bitterness and lingering hop aromas in the long finish.
A nice, old school IPA, this 'Italian Pale Ale'. Hoppy and balanced with lots of complexity. Great stuff.
