At just 3.7%, this is possibly the lightest beer that I have ever had, with the exception of the 0.5% shandy that I used to buy from our school tuck shop.
Deep and dark, but lasks the smoothness and perfect head of a Guinness or Chimay Bleu.
Light, slightly choclatey and hoppey aroma. Actually I like it a lot.
Even though this is brewed under-license, it's still pretty good. It's so light that I could easily drink it with a chocolate croissant or coco pops for breakfast. The hops perfectly complement the light choclattey taste. The malt doesn't have as much fullness and flavour as other dark beers, however as a lighter alternative, this works really well. I would happily buy this again. Mouth feel is complex, though it lacks the smoothness of a Guinness or Chimay.
Beer can be light and still good, this is a great example.
