Lillehammer Brewery Wit…on tap at Lillehammer Brewery in Lillehammer Norway
Appearance- a light hazy pale color, two fingers of head appear and settle nicely into the haze.
Smell-pungent aroma of spice, yeast, fruit, and alcohol fumes, smells like this will be a little more alcoholic than your average wit.
Taste/Mouthfeel-a decent mix of light banana and spicy wit flavors and a darker alcohol fusel bent. Medium mouthfeel, nice smoothness that actually gets lighter as you keep drinking it.
Finishes with final notes of light spice and alcohol burn.
Overall-pretty damn good, impressed with the higher ABV and it works, a ballsy wit out here in cold Norway.
