This beer is a fusion between German and Belgian weissbier. The color is a bit on the golden yellow side, perhaps not as pale as weissbier normally is. It's foggy and doesn't have much foam. There is a well behaved smell of yeast, citrus and bread. It tastes sweet, yeasty, floral and has a little bitter bite too. The mouthfeel is bubbly. Perhaps designed in a lab by Royal Unibrew's technicians? The overall impression is of a fairly OK but perhaps a little watery beer but it's not as fun as Weihenstephan or Hoegaarden.
